About
A new play set on the occasion of Georgie’s 40th birthday. Georgie seems lacklustre, lacking her usual sparkle and seems to have lost her hearing. On further investigation, her two best friends spy something strange lodged in her ear. The discovery propels three women on an epic quest told through a series of ever more bizarre scenarios as they encounter friends and foes, traverse surreal and strange landscapes and finally arrive home with a bit more than they bargained for.

Reviews
4 ½ stars / 5
“Aphrodite in Flippers is the new, bright and surreal show from Bold & Saucy Theatre Company; it’s a light-hearted tale of a woman coming to terms with reaching middle age.
All three performers are entertaining and full of gusto.”
A Younger Theatre
“The cast are energetic and likeable, as they negotiate the perils and pitfalls of modern womanhood…Sprightly direction by Sarah Davey-Hull keeps everything brisk, and designer Kate Driver Jones’ set is imaginative and well-used.”
